Hazel and Ken Karnig are not only partners in the real estate business but have been married since 1966.  Hazel has been actively selling real estate full time in the Tampa area since 1984 and Ken has been licensed since 1982.

Our professional partnership has been successful, the result of listening to our customers’ needs and implementing appropriate action plans in a caring fashion to accomplish our clients objectives.  Continuing education to hone our skills is an ongoing process building on our educational backgrounds.  Hazel attended Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA. and Ken received his bachelors degree, in accounting, from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and then his MBA, in Finance, at the University of Miami.  Hazel is fluent in German.

Ken is a native New Yorker having been raised in Queens and Hazel was born in London England.  We are avid animal lovers with multiple dogs and cats to prove it.  Parents of two adult children, Ken and Vanessa, we are happy to have our kids still in the Tampa area.

We are active in our community and church.  Ken is part of a prison ministry and a lay reader at St. Marks Episcopal Church as well as serving on its vestry.  Hazel is on the Altar Guild, a lay reader, and also drives for Florida Blind Services.  Hazel completed her CPE certification in Pastoral Care serving as a chaplain in the trauma and E.R. at Tampa General Hospital in 2001-2002.   Ken loves golf and good food.  Hazel loves cooking, (of course eating), reading, music and their pets.  We are both nature lovers and novice kayakers, taking advantage of our wonderful weather and surroundings.
